આરોગ્ય વર્ધક પીસ્તા-બીના ત્રિવેદી

રોજીંદા આહારમાંથી  પણ ના મળતાં પોષક તત્ત્વો  પીસ્તામાં રહેલા છે. તેને જો યોગ્ય રીતે રાખવામાં આવે તો તે લાંબા સમય સુધી તાજાં રહે છે.

*           પીસ્તામાં રહેલું ફાઈટોસ્ટરોલનામનું તત્વ રક્તમાં કોલેસ્ટરોલનું પ્રમાણ ઘટાડે છે અને કેટલાક પ્રકારનાં કેન્સરથી રક્ષણ આપે છે.

*           અડધો કપ ભાતમાં રહેલું થિયામીન પીસ્તાનાં એક આહારમાંથી મળી રહે છે.

*           સો ગ્રામ ડુક્કરનાં માંસ કે મરઘીનાં માંસમાંથી મળતું વિટામિન બી-૬ ત્રીસ ગ્રામ પીસ્તામાંથી મળી રહે છે.

Don’t give up…..

 

One day I decided to quit…
I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality…. I wanted to quit my life.
I went to the woods to have one last talk with God.
‘God’, I asked, ‘Can you give me one good reason not to quit?’
His answer surprised me…
‘Look around’, He said. ‘Do you see the fern and the bamboo?’
‘Yes’, I replied.
‘When I planted the fern and the bamboo seeds, I took very good care of them.
I gave them light.
I gave them water.
The fern quickly grew from the earth.
Its brilliant green covered the floor.
Yet nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo.
In the second year the Fern grew more vibrant and plentiful.
And again, nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the
bamboo. He said.
‘In year three there was still nothing from the bamboo seed.
But I would not quit.
In year four, again, there was nothing from the bamboo seed. I would
not quit.’ He said.
‘Then in the fifth year a tiny sprout emerged from the earth. Compared
to the fern it was seemingly small and insignificant…But just 6
months later the bamboo rose to over 100 feet tall.
It had spent the five years growing roots. Those roots made it strong and
gave it what it needed to survive.
I would not give any of my creations a challenge it could not handle.’
He asked me. ‘Did you know, my child, that all this time you have been
struggling, you have actually been growing roots’.
‘I would not quit on the bamboo.
I will never quit on you.’
‘Don’t compare yourself to others.’
He said.
‘The bamboo had a different Purpose than the fern.
Yet they both make the forest beautiful.’
‘Your time will come’, God said to me.
‘You will rise high’
‘How high should I rise?’
I asked.
‘How high will the bamboo rise?’ He asked in return.
‘As high as it can?’ I questioned.
‘Yes.’ He said, ‘Give me glory by rising as high as you can.’
I left the forest and brought back this story.
I hope these words can help you see that God will never give up on you.
Never, Never, Never Give up.
For this Prayer is not an option but an opportunity.
Don’t tell God how big the problem is,
tell the problem how Great God is!

Heavens door open this morning, God asked me….

Good rest and sound sleep is very Important… if u don’t sleep well, The toxic in your body will accumulate..Affecting your health and your mood…
 
 
 The main causes of liver damage are:
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our body to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to ‘schedule.’ Because:
Evening at 9 – 11pm : is the time for eliminating unnecessary/ toxic chemicals (de-toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on her health.

Evening at 11pm – 1am : The de-toxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

 Early morning 1 – 3am : de-toxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

 Early morning 3 – 5am : de-toxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the de-toxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process

.Morning 5 – 7am : de-toxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.
Morning 7 – 9am : Absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 -10am rather than no meal at all. Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood.

Therefore, have a good sleep and don’t sleep late.
